Hi, I’m Alessandro Marri
I’m an executive coach with 22 years of professional experience and an MA in Organisational Psychology.
Through Align Life, I offer a coaching and learning methodology primarily to Senior Executives and CEOs who are questioning about their purpose in life and looking to be re-oriented.
My experience of working in highly complex changing environments and multicultural settings has shaped my knowledge and insights about change management.
My goal is to create and facilitate a revitalising space by adventuring on energising activities via online coaching, 1:1 sessions or live retreats that nurture self discovery and provide a sense of revival and renewal. I empower professionals to realign what “going with your gut” means to give a new definition of success.
